Now leasing

We are redeveloping over five acres of land right next to the Cooksville GO Station in the heart of Mississauga.

This large, transit-oriented project presents a significant opportunity to advance TAS’s long-standing commitment to support people and the planet through our work. We intend to set a new model for mixed-use development in the region by focusing on sustainability, affordability, equity, employment and capacity-building opportunities.

We are currently collaborating closely with local communities so they can help shape design and programming ideas for this project. We are aiming to include a broad range of voices and perspectives to ensure we’re building a place where people of all backgrounds and experiences can thrive and belong.

We’ve partnered with PROCESS on a multi-year engagement plan. Our goal? To identify what’s great about the Cooksville neighbourhood today and how this project can help make it even better for tomorrow.

If you already live, work, or play in Cooksville – or think you might in the future – we hope you’ll take part and share your thoughts.
